The Short North Retreat II - Free Private Parking

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was centrally located and very convenient to all Columbus had to offer. I recommend highly

My stay at this property was difficult to say the least. It’s listed to sleep 4(Bed & Sofa pullout bed), but the sofa bed does not exist. I had to run out at midnight to purchase an air mattress to accommodate. The check in process is essentially non existent. When I was attempting to get into the front door. The business owner from next door(Rocket Fizz) came out and told me that every person that stays there has issues with simply entering the property. The host is very unresponsive and didn’t provide a WiFi password for the entire stay. I paid an additional expense there as well as I was traveling with my three children. Vrbo customer service reached out to this host multiple times to resolve the issue, but they won’t respond to them either. Spend your hard earned money at another property.
